Netherlands & Belgium: • Delivery time: 1–3 business days • Shipping costs: €4.95 (free for orders over €100) Europe: • Delivery time: 3–7 business days • Shipping costs: €9.95 (free for orders over €150) International (outside Europe): • Delivery time: 7–14 business days • Shipping costs: Depending on country – calculated at checkout Please note: Delivery times are indicative and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excl. holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track & trace code.

We ship our packages via reliable partners such as PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS, depending on your location.

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the delivery person will usually leave a card or the package will be delivered to a collection point. Make sure you use your track & trace to track your package.

Always check your address carefully when checking out. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrectly entered address.
